On the procedure for granting land to returnees (oralmans)

Individuals (including repatriates (oralmans) who are interested in giving them property rights and (or) land use for the land plots shall submit an application to the local executive body (akimat) of the city of republican significance, the capital district (except districts in cities) cities of regional importance , settlement, aul (village), aul (rural districts) for the land's location (Article 43, item 3 of the land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan).

The application must include:

• the purpose of land use;
• it assumed dimensions;
• location;
• the requested right of use (for repatriates to acquire the nationality of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the right of temporary gratuitous land use);
• presence (absence) of other land for land & ndash; for ancillary services, individual housing construction, gardening and country construction).

ЗGmina Jemielno land in the ownership or use of land to returnees (oralmans) provided by local executive bodies within their competence established by the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Article 16, 17, 18, 19).
Statement of citizens (including oralmans) for the right to land is seen in up to two months from the date of its receipt, and for granting the right to land by small businesses in the 3-week period.
The decision of the local executive body for appropriate land rights was adopted on the basis of land project with the award to the applicant a copy of the decision to grant the right of ownership or land use rights to the land within seven days from the time after the decision.
Refusal to grant the rights to land also issued decision of the local executive body and shall be motivated, and a copy of awarding the applicant within seven days after the decision.
Returnees (oralmans) land for private farming, gardening and dacha construction provided on the right of temporary gratuitous land use, and for conducting a commodity agricultural production & ndash; on the right of temporary land use:
They are not covered by the acquisition of land rights in the auction (land tenders).
Following the acquisition of citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan granted land to returnees (oralmans) transferred to private ownership.
