Provision of land ownership or land use is carried out by local executive body area (city of republican status, capital), region (city of regional significance), akim of city of district significance, settlement, aul (village), aul (rural) districts within its jurisdiction.
Granting rights to the land plot of land owned by the state, in the following order:

  • excitement of an application for the relevant rights to the land;
  • definition of capacity to meet the claimed application (pre-selection of land);
  • development and approval of land use planning project;
  • the adoption of the local executive body of the decision granting the right to land;
  • establishment of land boundaries on the ground;
  • production and issuance of certifying documents for the land plot;
  • state registration of rights to land.

Providing information about the order of registration rights to the land from the state property to legal entities

Legal entities interested in giving them property rights and (or) land use on land, submit an application to the local executive body of the region, district, akim of city of district significance, settlement, aul (village), aul (rural) district on the location of the land .

The application must include:

  • the purpose of land use;
  • it assumed dimensions;
  • location;
  • the right to use the requested.

The documents attached to the application:

Application for the right to land is taken into consideration when granting the applicant the required documents. The composition of the documents attached depend on the claimed rights to the land, its intended purpose, conditions and procedures for granting. It is mandatory to the application for granting the right to land the following documents:

  • certificate of state registration of legal entities;
  • statistical card;
  • taxpayer certificate.

 

Construction of facilities and the provision of additional land for the development of the existing real estate:

 

  • allocation scheme of construction of objects;
  • certifying documents on existing land.

 

development of mineral:

 

  • a copy of the subsoil use contract;

 

conduct of a peasant (farmer's) economy:

 

  • a list of members of a peasant (farmer's) economy, signed by the head or face and replacing members of the peasant (farmer's) economy.

 

Statement by granting the right to land to small businesses is seen within three weeks, during which determined the possibility (or refusal) of land.
